Key Responsibilities:
- Provide certified med-spa and therapeutic treatments through the SOP.
- Conduct client consultations and assessments.
- Follow all treatment protocols strictly.
- Ensure client safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain hygiene standards in treatment areas.
- Educate clients on aftercare and product usage including skin care essentials that may not be OH topicals products.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records after procedure.
- Monitor spa inventory and communicate replenishment needs before exhaustion with Spa Manager.
